Refund policy & Returns – Epiq Store

The Refund Policy on return of the Epiq Store, it ensures transparency and security for all purchases made at our e-commerce business. We comply fully with the Decree-Law no. 24/2014, which regulate the e-commerce in the Uk.

1. The right of Free Resolution of (14 days)

The customer has a right to return the goods to us within 14 days after the day of receipt, without having to justify the reason. In order to exercise this right, simply contact your Epiq Store, call the number for your order and state the intention to return it. After that, the client can have a further 14 days to send the product back to them.

2. Conditions of Return

The refund will be accepted if the product has no signs of usage, no damage, with all accessories, original packaging, manuals and parts. Items with wear and tear, any visible signs of damage or mishandling can be rejected or to have the amount withheld in part.

3. Shipping cost
